Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of catholiconline.shopping (the “Store”) and purchases from Catholic Online, LLC (“Catholic Online,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Store, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Store.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be able to enter into a legally binding agreement to use the Store. If you create an account, you are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been used without authorization.
2. Products and Availability
We try to describe and display products accurately. Colors, dimensions, packaging, and other details may vary, and screen displays may not reproduce colors exactly. Product availability is not guaranteed. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct descriptions, images, pricing, promotions, or other errors at any time.
3. Orders and Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily constitute acceptance. We may verify information and may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or violation of these Terms. If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will issue an appropriate refund.
4. Prices, Payment, and Taxes
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, promotions, and availability may change without notice. You authorize us and our payment service providers to charge the payment method you provide for the order total, including shipping, taxes, and other disclosed charges. You are responsible for applicable taxes unless we are required to collect them.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping methods, costs, estimated delivery dates, address requirements, international restrictions, and related terms are described in our Shipping & Returns Policy. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur for reasons outside our reasonable control. Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting an order and contact customer service promptly if a correction is needed.
6. Returns and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, refunds, damaged items, and order problems are governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights available to you under applicable law.
7. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotions and discount codes are subject to their stated terms, expiration dates, product exclusions, and availability. Unless expressly stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined, have no cash value, and may be modified or withdrawn. We may reject or cancel the use of a promotion in cases of error, misuse, fraud, or ineligibility.
8. Communications
We may send transactional communications about your orders, account, returns, security, or customer-service requests. If you choose to receive marketing emails, you may unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop necessary transactional communications.
9. Acceptable Use
You may use the Store only for lawful personal or business purposes consistent with these Terms. You may not:
- violate any law or the rights of another person;
- submit false information or impersonate another person;
- attempt unauthorized access to the Store, accounts, systems, or data;
- introduce malicious code, interfere with Store operations, or evade security controls;
- scrape, copy, resell, or exploit Store content or services except as permitted by law or our written consent; or
- use the Store to commit fraud or abuse promotions, returns, reviews, or payment systems.
10. Intellectual Property
The Store and its content—including text, graphics, logos, photographs, product descriptions, software, design, and trademarks—are owned by or licensed to Catholic Online and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Store for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted.
11. Reviews and Other Submissions
If you submit a review, comment, photo, or other content, you represent that you have the right to do so and that the content is accurate, lawful, and does not violate another person’s rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display that content in connection with the Store and our business. We may remove submissions that violate these Terms.
12. Third-Party Services and Links
The Store may use or link to services operated by third parties, including payment, financing, shipping, analytics, and social-media providers. Those services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control.
13. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.
14. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Store and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, except to the extent a warranty cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not warrant that the Store will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Product warranties, if any, are provided as expressly stated with the product or by its manufacturer. These disclaimers do not affect non-waivable consumer rights.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Catholic Online and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from the Store, a product, or these Terms. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for a claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
16. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Catholic Online and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful misuse of the Store, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.
17. Events Beyond Our Control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including carrier disruptions, natural disasters, labor disputes, outages, cyberattacks, governmental actions, or supply interruptions.
18. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any non-waivable consumer protections or jurisdictional rights, disputes relating to these Terms or the Store will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Kern County, California, and the parties consent to those courts’ jurisdiction.
19. Changes; Severability; No Waiver
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting revised Terms and changing the effective date. Changes apply prospectively unless otherwise stated. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
20. Entire Agreement and Assignment
These Terms, together with the policies they reference and any terms presented at checkout, form the agreement between you and Catholic Online regarding the Store. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights and obligations as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
