Requesting a Return Authorization

If you are not satisfied with a product purchased through Catholic Online Shopping, contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning it. The RMA number must be clearly written on the box or package. Unauthorized return packages will be refused.

Return and Refund Conditions

  • The returned item must be received by Catholic Online Shopping within 30 days of the original shipping date.
  • Eligible returns will be refunded for the full cost of the item, less original shipping charges and any applicable restocking fees.
  • Customers are responsible for packaging and return shipping charges.
  • Include a brief note explaining the reason for the return and a copy of the invoice.
  • The customer is responsible for insuring the returned item for its total cost.
  • Returned merchandise must be new, unused, resalable, and free from alterations, visible wear, scuffs, scratches, or other marks.
  • Exchanges will be credited for the full value of the returned item.
  • Returns received more than 30 days after the date of purchase cannot be accepted and will be automatically returned to the sender.
