If you are not satisfied with any product purchased through Catholic Online Shopping, contact us for a return authorization. All returned item MUST obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number issued by us before returning. RMA number must be clearly written down on the box/package. Packages returned unauthorized will be refused.
The item must be received back by Catholic Online Shopping, within 30 days from the original shipping date will be refunded for the full cost of the item less original shipping charges and any restocking fees that may apply.
Customer is responsible for packaging and return shipping charges.
All personalized jewelry and engraved Items are made to order, and are a final sale.
To return non-personalized jewelry items, email us at userexperience@catholiconline.email or call us at (661) 332-0819 for a RMA number. Please include a brief note of the reason for your return, a copy of the Invoice with the return, and it is your responsibility to make sure the item is insured for the total cost when returning. Return shipping expenses are to be paid by the customer.
Catholic Online Shopping is unable to accept any returned merchandise that has been altered, visibly worn, scuffed, scratched or marked in any way. All items must be in new, unused and resell-able condition. Exchanges will be credited for the full value of the returned item.
Returns received beyond 30 days from the date of purchase CANNOT be accepted and will be automatically returned to the sender.
